Bout time

So I kinda made a personal goal to do this at least once a month, obviously that didnt work out, but get over it! Seriously think about it: 1. I'm 22 years old 2. I dont have very many friends 3. I dont have an exciting job 4. and i'm single. So therefore my life cant be that exciting now can it??? Chew on that for a bit. Anyways I figured i'd write about what you may or may not find exciting. First. i got a new phone! but really this isnt that special infact it annoys me that I get to say that why cause in less than a year this is my 4th phone, Verizon should give you a new phone when you drop your phone 6 in on to a table and it breaks in half.....In HALF! it should be called their "We are sorry our phones suck, let us give a new one that wont break" deal. So hopefully these next items are a little interesting 2. for those of you that do not know i am on the Orem Institute council over Munch and Mingle and all that that involves which is that I provide food for College students and try to get them to get out of their shells and meet new people. It is sometimes a lot harder than it sounds. Third I am starting my new job at Freedom Academy as a Lunch Monitor: Thanks Mom! anyways it is decent money and it works great for going to school. and 4th.........well i warned you that my life wasnt that exciting so sorry for wasting 2 mins of you time by you reading this. Well thats it so ya...........k bye now..........I said BYE!...................GO! LEAVE NOW!

New Job

So as Some of you know i've been "taking a break from working" aka unemployed since January. However with summer rolling around you can sure expect such companies like APEX and Pinnicle to start recruting for Summer Sales. I however have no intrest in spending my Summer knocking doors and selling security systems in colorado, so what am i doing instead...drum roll...........FOOD STORAGE! thats right i'm going to sell Food Storage for the summer in.......drum roll again please..........SAN DIEGO! With 3 friends from the mission. So it will be a nice break from Utah and especially Utah County. The Company is called Daily Bread So at least i'll be giving people something that they will really need ( in my opinion the best security system you can have is a sawed off 12 gauge Shotgun sitting by your bed) So hopefully i'll for sure be gone from Provo by noon on Monday heading to beautiful San Diego California. Where I will reside till apx. August 10th then i will spend a week in Sacramento and be home before the 20th of August. So have yourself a good summer casue I know I will.

Lions, and Tigers and Bears! HOLY SNAP!

So this story is a few days overdue and a new post is a few months overdue but it's a good story so here it goes. Last week i had parked in the stake center parking lot across from UVU and was walking to school, those of you that are familiar with UVU campus know that there is Farmland right next to the Institute parking, so usually when i come to school at 7 am i get out of my car in the shivering cold to meet the rooster doing his wake up call or to the settle rustling of horses moving around, but this day was quite different. So like I was saying I was walking along the fence of this farmland when I see this huge round black thing, at first i think nothing of it but then i look again and it moves and turns it head toward me and no joke there was a Big Black Bear Seriously! A living breathing Tyler eating Bear 12 ft away from me. So what do I do, I freeze and turn sideways and start moving very slowly along the fence trying not to make any sudden movement. Imagine what the people across the street where thinking "Why is that guy walking like he is doing an Egyptian dance along the sidewalk?" or "OOOOOhhhhh Expressive dance! can i join too?" As I'm scooting or rather sliding down the sidewalk and farther away from this bear it turns it's head a little more toward me and that's when i thought "Well here it comes, It's been a good life" I see a bright yellow tag dangle from it's left ear and then I get a really good look at it's nose and realize that this bear is nothing more than a Black Cow enjoying some weeds in an empty water bed.

Bakc too Skool

So today I took most of the Compass test to get back into UVU, there are 3 parts and I took two of them. I did.....ok well I did exactly opposite of what I thought I would do, but I guess you would score lower on Math (especially since I havent taken a Math class in 4 years) and did well on English (at least the Reading part; I still have to take the writing part) which I guess kinda makes sense since I've been reading for at least an hour every day for the past two years. So the next step will be registering for classes. Hurray, how exciting for me.

Everyone please welcome the iTouch

So unfortuently (so i thought) a week and a half ago my iPod stopped working, done, finished just like that, considering it was over 2 years old, I was of course dissapointed, but satisfied with it's performance. So I headed up to Salt Lake to the Apple store, walked in and was probably the easiest sell all year, i walked in told them excatly what i wanted (a 32 GB iTouch) went to the cashier and paid and was out in a matter of 3 minutes i never thought i'd spend that much money that fast.....oh well it's way worth it...... and I actually needed an iPod, and to top it all off they gave me a 10% discount for turing in my old iPod, So BooYa.

HOME!

So This is a little late (like a month and a half) Anyways i have returned from the Sacramento California Mission in one piece, no bullets wounds; despite serving in Stockton, Del Paso Heights, and Oak Park for 18 months, and one permanate 3rd degree burn. Needless to say it was the worst two years of my life.....................................Sike!! I would have never stayed out for two years if i hated it. I cannot however say anything that you probably havent heard a Returned Missionary say about his two year journey. IT WAS THE MOST EMACULATE, WONDERFUL, HARDEST, MOST REWARDING THING I HAVE EVER DONE!! and will forever be grateful for all of the experiences, companions, challenges, and people i was able to be part of. so Dasvadania Sac Town untill we meet again. (which should be next week)

Another One Bites The Dust

So After 17 months my Liahona Bike bite the dust. I must say that after a few crashes, hundreds of miles, some jumps and not really being super cared for, it did pretty well. This is what was left of it. Luckily i was able to pick up another bike off another missionary for free! so maybe i'll strip some parts off this one and intergrate them onto the new bike.
